3. Stay active & take break: remain active by staying busy in works & keep taking intervals in between to rest & stress out the load from the heavy shoulders. This will bring the pressure on mind to lessen & will regenerate the energy for another heavy session.

4. Accept the unfortunate fact & ask for help: it is unfortunate for people who struggle from unfortunate event like losing the closed person, etc. Such facts must be accepted that may take some time & running far from the truth may create more difficulties. 5. Switch to exercise or yogas: turn on your natural power by getting treated with easy & harder activities like yogas or exercise to warm up your body. This will circulate the blood at good speed & will keep the heart, mind and nervous system healthier.

6. Forbid alcohol, cigarettes & expose yourself into sunlight: morning sunlight elevates the mood to keep active by providing vitamins. Cigarettes & alcohol quitting can free from negative impacts.
